Sunday @ 3:30PM vs The Travelers, KY (4-4)
Outlook:
2015 Montaque Gill-Caeser (12ppg, 45 FG%) is not the only one showcasing professional stuff. 2015 Dillon Brooks (14.5ppg, 50 FG) has been a man possessed. He is shooting lights out. In his most dominant performance last weekend a 25 point game vs Texas Team Elite Brooks came out guns a blaze and flirted with a half dozen dunks at half time. 2016 Jamal Murray can do no wrong according to Canadian media but Murray has been underwhelming outside of rebounding (4.6 rpg leads team) and physical attributes. Verdict still out on Murray the point guard. through 8 games he has a assist to turnover ratio of 26:21. More alarming is the sophomore is showing signs of a fetish for the three ball. Of his 69 field goal attempts through 8 games 40 of them have been tossed behind the arc and only 10 have been converted. To Murray’s credit though throughout the entire roster he is the only one shooting higher then 70% from the charity stripe. Murray is nailing 80% while three others sit tied in second at 67%. Huge measuring stick of a weekend for CIA Bounce there opponents this weekend have a combined record of 21-10. A 2-2 weekend would be considered mission accomplished.

Outlook: Canada Elite hits H-town with a 2-2 record. In CYBL action last weekend that took place in Ottawa Coach Chris Skinner’s camp finished 3-1. 2015 6’3″ Chase Vassell will look to continue his scoring tear. Vassell is averaging 22 points per game on the Under Armour circuit. 2015 6’3″ Deshon Brisset (13 points per game) has drawn some Ivy League interest, 2015 6’2″ PG Nevel Provo (7 assists per game) has resurrected his stock by dishing dimes to his 6’8″ front court partners Emmanuel Shepphard (cousin of CMNT member Jehvohn Shepphard) and Frank Ageyemang.
Team: Brookwood Elite (1-4 on Adidas Circuit)
Tourney: Indianopolis at the Adidas Gauntlet #2
Next Up: May 23-26 Orlando Adidas Gauntlet #3
Schedule:
Friday 6:15PM vs. Mass Rivals (5-0) Saturday 9:15AM Team FAST (3-2) Saturday 1:00PM vs. NO Elite (0-5) Saturday 4:45PM vs. Urban DFW (2-3) Sunday 8:00AM vs Kansas Pray & Play (1-4)
Outlook:
Brookwood wrapped up Gauntlet #1 with a 1-4 record. Leading scorer 2015 6’3” PG Joseph Chartouney (10.4 ppg, 5.0 rpg) and reserve 2016 6’4” G Nikita Kasongo (10.4 ppg, 7.0 rpg) will need to hold down the fort as Jerome Desrosiers will not travel with the squad to Indianopolis. Last Gauntlet Brookwood only shot 58% from the charity stripe and were outrebounded by almost 7 boards a game. With improved free throw shooting and a sense of urgency on the glass Brookwood aims to make amends for a disappointing Guantlet #1.
