Andrew Nicholson registered a season high 11 points Wednesday. His 11 points were the most he’s had since he dropped 19 in Chicago on April 14th.

Andrew got a few first half minutes and played well enough to sub in early in the 3rd quarter. Nicholson has gave the Magic a jolt of energy, and actually tracked down an offensive rebound on his own miss. He had two offensive rebounds total.

His final stat line— 21 minutes played, 4-for-10 shooting, 3-for-4 behind the arc, 11 points and  4 rebounds. Also added an assist and steal on the night.

With quality coaching Andrew Nicholson can be a really solid player. Glad the Magic haven’t given up on him yet.

After going winless during a recent three-game homestand, the Magic opened a four-game road trip at Denver. They took the loss 93-90 in Mile High moving their overall record to 13-25.

Magic visit the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night.
